The application, its interface, source code, documentation and branding are protected by copyright, trade secret and trademark law. No part of the application may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed or resold except as expressly permitted by our Terms and Conditions or by applicable law.
This page discloses the third-party software that is distributed with, or used by, the application, together with its licence and attribution. Nothing on this page grants any licence to YOY AI's own software.
1. Components bundled inside the application
The following components are included inside the YOY AI application package that you download and install:

2. Copyleft components & source availability
Two bundled components are licensed under copyleft licences. They are included as separate, independently replaceable components and are not linked into YOY AI's own proprietary code.
- espeak-ng —
GPL-3.0. Bundled as a separate dynamic library and data set (`espeak-ng.dll`, `espeak-ng-data`) used by Piper for offline phonemisation in 100+ languages. Copyright © the espeak-ng contributors. Licence text: github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng. - libvips —

3. Open source libraries
YOY AI Agent is built with 41 direct runtime libraries (plus their transitive dependencies). All are used under permissive licences that permit commercial use — MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD, ISC, MIT-0 or similar. The principal libraries are listed below.

YOY AI can optionally work alongside software that you install separately on your own computer. YOY AI does not distribute, bundle or link these applications, and no licence obligation of these projects extends to YOY AI. Their licences govern your own use of them, obtained from their own official distributors:

Where YOY AI detects these applications on your computer, it does so only to offer you the option of using them. You choose whether to install them, and you obtain them directly from their publishers.
5. AI providers and on-device models
- AI model providers. YOY AI connects to third-party AI services using API keys that you supply. Your use of those services is governed by the provider's own terms — for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Z.AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba (Qwen), Moonshot, MiniMax, fal.ai, Runway and others. YOY AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any of them.
- On-device models. YOY AI includes or downloads open model weights for offline operation — including BGE-M3 embeddings (MIT), Kokoro TTS (Apache-2.0), Piper voices (MIT / CC-BY) and Whisper speech models (MIT). These run entirely on your own computer.
- Marketplace connectors. Third-party MCP servers you choose to install are provided by their respective publishers under their own licences and terms.

“YOY”, “YOY AI”, “YOY AI Agent” and “You Own Your AI” are registered trademarks of YOY AI Limited in:

No licence to use any YOY AI Limited trademark is granted without prior written consent. All other product names, logos and brands referenced on this site or inside the application are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Reporting infringement
If you believe that any material distributed with YOY AI Agent infringes your copyright or other rights, please write to info@nindeai.cn with (a) identification of the work, (b) identification of the material concerned, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. We aim to acknowledge every notice and to act promptly, including removing or replacing the material where a valid claim is established.
Conversely, if you believe YOY AI Limited's rights are being infringed, we reserve all rights and remedies available to us, including in the courts of Hong Kong SAR and of any other jurisdiction where our rights are recognised.
